This application helper will recommend 3-K and pre-K program types for you to consider based upon the information you provide about your household. Any information provided will be kept confidential. Should you choose to skip this step, you can start your application at any time.

To submit an application for your child, you will need to login and create an account at the end of the session. You can also apply over the phone at 718-935-2009 or in-person at a Family Welcome Center. We cannot guarantee eligibility for Head Start or Extended Day/Year programs based on your answers here. If you receive an offer to a program with income or other eligibility requirements, your child's eligibility to attend the program will be confirmed at that time.
